Jaggery and Ginger Tea
In addition, the jaggery-ginger mixture reduces blood pressure, eases menstruation discomfort, avoids respiratory problems, eases joint pain, and detoxifies the liver.
  • Ingredients:

    • 1 tablespoon jaggery

    • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, grated

    • 1 cup hot water

Juice clarification is done by natural technique (use of Suklai plant).

  • Instructions:

    1. Mix jaggery and ginger in hot water and steep for a few minutes.

    2. Strain and enjoy this soothing and slightly spicy tea.
