Jaggery and Oatmeal
AN AMAZING ENERGY SOURCE. Jaggery retains all of its nutritional value because it is made organically. It is a natural sugar that, when combined with oats, keeps us full and provides us with loads of energy for a busy day.
  • Ingredients:

    • 1/2 cup rolled oats

    • 1 tablespoon jaggery

    • 1/2 cup milk or a dairy-free alternative

    • Chopped fruits (e.g., bananas, apples, or berries)

  • Instructions:

    1. Cook oats in milk until they reach your desired consistency.
