Jaggery and Nut Energy Bites:

Ingredients:
1 cup jaggery
1 cup mixed nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder
Instructions:
In a pan, melt the jaggery on low heat until it becomes a syrup. Stir in cardamom powder.
Mix in the nuts, oats, and coconut.
Roll the mixture into small energy bites and let them cool. Enjoy these nutrient-dense snacks!
